Evelyn Cahill, 89 years old, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024.
Visitation will be held at Weigand Brothers Funeral Home in Williston Park, NY, on Monday March 18 from 4pm to 8pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 19 at 11 15 am at St. Aidan’s Roman Catholic Church, 505 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, NY. Funeral Mass will be livestreamed. Evelyn was born in Ireland and moved to America in 1952. Evelyn was the beloved wife of James Cahill for over 60 years, a wonderful mother to sons Michael and Tom and daughter Denise and was a caring and proud grandmother to her six grandchildren – Conor, Fiona, Madeline, Jack, Michael and Anna - and loving mother-in-law, aunt and friend.
